Peru terminates anti-dumping duties on China's tires

The reporter learned from the Ministry of Commerce on January 11, 2012 that Peru has terminated anti-dumping duties on Chinese tires.

On January 3, Peru’s Competition and Intellectual Property Protection Bureau issued a resolution to terminate the review of anti-dumping duties imposed on tires imported from China (Tax Code, 40112000, 40119100, 40119900). The resolution came into effect on January 18, 2012.
