Hubei Linglong Tire Project is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Shandong Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. in Jingmen. The project is the fourth production base of Linglong Tire in China. The project mainly builds an annual output of 14.46 million sets of high-performance radial tires.

On July 6, 2018, the project of Hubei Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. was officially launched.
The Hubei Linglong Tire Project has a total investment of 5.4 billion yuan. Upon completion, it will become the largest tire company in the central region. It is estimated that the annual sales income will be more than 5 billion yuan and the profit and tax will be 400 million yuan.
