EPCM in the pre-plant area and the 6th hospital of chemical industry have signed contracts, and the 6th department of the chemical industry has entered the field work; the first batch of 525 acres of land is subject to geological survey. It is nearing completion. It is undergoing geological exploration of office buildings, dormitory buildings and shift buildings. The 525-mu site procedures in Phase II have been reported to the Provincial Department of Land and Resources, and the second batch of land acquisition work is about to start.
