Installation Precautions
1. Before the installation of the arrester of the line, the transfer test shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the procedures;
2. The distance from the mounting bracket should meet the requirement that the safety distance between the arrester and the protected insulator is greater than the maximum clearance distance, and there is a certain margin to prevent the lightning arrester from discharging the insulator hardware. For example, the air distance between the 220kV line arrester and the grounding body is not low. At 1.9m;
3, the line arrester mounting bracket can be used two angle steel back and double diagonally inclined on the tower head main cross arm or channel steel, angle steel combination, the use of steel, angle models should meet the arrester bearing requirements, such as installation 220kV line lightning arrester adopts two angle steels shall not be less than L63×6. If channel steel and angle steel are combined, channel steel shall not be less than 10;
4. When installing the line arrester, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the clearance distance, the long axis direction of the arc electrode at the end of the arrester should be perpendicular to the wire below;
5, line arrester pure air gap installation should meet the requirements;
6. The counter of the line lightning arrester should select the counter with a large disk diameter and a thick pointer so as to easily read and read the data under the tower, and the counter panel is face down when installed. When the counter is installed, it is connected with the lightning arrester grounding terminal through the soft wire. The counter faces the main cross arm side, and can also be installed on the main cross arm of the tower head close to the arrester side (drilling), but the position of the arrester should not exceed 2 m .
6 Line arrester operation and maintenance
1) Establish ledgers, records of operations and close monitoring, record lightning strikes during thunderstorm season; at the same time, establish necessary inspection, testing and rotation systems to ensure the reliability of the operation of the equipment.
2) Operation and maintenance work combined with line inspection includes:
Arrester body appearance visual inspection; series gap, upper and lower electrode measurement and inspection; high voltage electrode and ground connection inspection; connector inspection; check, record the number of counter actions; check the online or offline monitoring device.
3) The line arrester after 3 to 5 years of operation can be subjected to a sampling test. The sample arrester is to be subjected to a DC test. If the sample arrester test does not meet the requirements, it is required to increase the sampling ratio of the same batch of arresters. If a failure still occurs, Expand the same batch of arrester test to determine whether it can continue to operate.
4) Arresters that operate extremely frequently (eg, 20 times) should be subjected to a short cycle to perform a DC test. If the test fails, the arrester should be taken out of operation.
Application clothes: T-shirt, Polo shirt, thin jacket, leisure shirt and most summer clothes and thin winter clothes.
Not applicable: Super soft fabric, chiffon and silk clothes, clothes with much accessories,thick overcoat, down jacket, and thoes clothes not easy to fold manually.
