This e-bidding is the first time that the provincial-level platform launched a bid for the pollution emission market. The reserve price was RMB 5,000/ton, and the service life was five years. It was linked with the regulations of the Zhejiang Province's emission permit system. Companies that have not competed for the required indicators will automatically enter the next phase of the e-bidding list. This bid marks that the Zhejiang unified emission trading platform has been initially completed and put into operation. Substantial progress has been made through the market mechanism and the cross-regional allocation of sulfur dioxide emission rights indicators.
