According to the provisions of GB7258-2004 "Motor Vehicle Operational Safety Technical Conditions", "three-wheeled agricultural transport vehicle" was renamed "three-wheeled vehicle" and "four-wheeled agricultural transport vehicle" was renamed as "low-speed truck", and the product name in the "Announcement" Should also be changed in accordance with the regulations, each three-wheeled vehicles, low-speed truck manufacturing enterprises should apply to the National Development and Reform Commission in a timely manner to change the "Announcement" in the name of the product.

For the products in the current "Announcement", each production enterprise shall declare the product name change through the "Notice" application system before November 10, 2006. From January 1, 2007, the product name in the "Notice" does not conform to the stipulated product. It will be withdrawn from the "Announcement" and will not be sold again.

At the same time, according to the relevant national standards, three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks should implement VIN management. The production enterprises of three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks shall apply for the World Manufacturing Plant Identification Number (hereinafter referred to as WMI) to the work organization designated by the National Development and Reform Commission in accordance with the “Administrative Measures” and prepare and record the VIN compilation rules; the enterprises that have obtained WMI also The VIN compilation rules should be revised, improved and re-filed as required.
