Recently, the first domestic waste tire pyrolysis recycling production line was put into operation in Linxi County.
It is reported that this production line was built by Xingtai Tianxi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. with an investment of more than 80 million yuan. It is a comprehensive utilization project for large-scale and industrialized waste tire pyrolysis recovery and recycling resources. It has passed the environmental impact assessment and provincial fixed assets investment projects.
It is understood that the project is mainly to use environmentally-friendly, energy-saving, cost-reducing and efficiency-enhancing technologies to implement harmless and resource-based recycling of used tires, from thermal cracking, automatic slagging, iron removal and impurity removal to fine grinding. Continuous processing of activation, granulation, packaging and other processes can process 20,000 tons of waste tires annually, produce 9000 tons of rubber softeners, 7,000 tons of rubber additives and 2,000 tons of steel wires.
