Track Cutting To Length Line

Track Cutting to Length Line suits making medium gauge metal sheets of over 1m length.

Medium gauge ranges from 1-8mm, length of finished sheets 1 -8m, line speed can be 50-60m/min, each steel coil can be cut within 30min.

Main equipments of track Cut To Length Line is leveler, servo roller measure, hydraulic track shear, auto stacker. The leveler is always running and the track shear cut sheet to length under servo length measuring.

With productivity improving demand in market, track shear is becoming popular, it can gives high production and high quality of flat sheets.
