1. The monitor screen is not clear

When an incident such as an intrusion alarm occurs at night, linked video screens do not associate with the lighting system and the screen cannot be identified. Therefore, infrared cameras or linked lighting systems are recommended; on the other hand, some cameras in the hall entrances, counters, or self-service equipment are more serious. The phenomenon of backlighting. Due to strong outside light, the screen cannot recognize the person's facial or physical features. Therefore, when installing the camera, you should pay attention to the angle, avoid the backlight, and enhance the indoor illumination. Use cameras with backlight compensation or wide dynamic technology as much as possible.

2. The screen time is not synchronized

By using time as a leader, the process of an event and the condition of the scene can be completely reproduced through a plurality of recording frames. However, in actual projects, most of the picture time is not uniform and there are large differences. At present, most systems use time synchronization with local computers or manual manual timekeeping, and there are no periodical hours. When the event is detected by looking up the monitoring record, it takes a lot of time and effort to find the time difference between the pictures, which seriously reduces the efficiency of forensics. Therefore, it is recommended to configure the school server. All subsystems are unified with the school server. The time error between devices in the system should be less than 10s, the error between the system and Beijing standard time should be less than 30s, and the time period of the school should not exceed 24 hours.

4. Loss of video signal and no alarm function

When there are many monitoring screens, video surveillance is generally used for monitoring. When an incident occurs, if criminals intentionally damage the camera or block the screen, and no video alarm function is found in time, it will be difficult to gather evidence afterwards. At present, there have been many cases in which such situations occur. After the case is collected, the on-site camera screen is lost or the device fails. When the same phenomenon occurs multiple times, it is no longer a matter of chance. Obviously, criminals are targeted. Therefore, this function should be configured. When the video signal is lost or the screen is blocked, an alert is issued. The personnel are promptly arranged to conduct maintenance inspections. At the same time, other monitoring screens are retrieved to confirm the site conditions.

5. No alarm pre-record function

The monitoring system uses 24 hours of uninterrupted recording, and automatically generates multiple video files based on the size of the file or the time period. When forensics, it is necessary to determine the time when the event occurred. Use the playback function search time to find the corresponding video file, and then play the corresponding video file to find the record when the event occurs by means of fast forward or dragging. If the alarm system time and the monitoring system are sometimes poor, it will take more time and effort to search through the above methods. Therefore, it is recommended to set the alarm pre-recording function. You can quickly retrieve the pre-recorded screen to determine the time and process of the event through the alarm information query function. At the same time to record as much as possible the occurrence of an alarm event, the pre-recorded time should be greater than 10s.

6. Playback search conditions no alarm information

The playback function mostly retrieves video and audio data through the conditions of date, time, and channel address, but ignores the alarm information retrieval function. In addition to quick access to on-site video records through alarm events, statistical analysis can be performed on alarm-prone or prone areas to allow for more security arrangements later.
