South valve involved in the formulation of "power station valve"

Recently, the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee Boiler Subcommittee held the “Power Station Valve” industry standard expert review meeting. South Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. became the only one of the six drafting agencies in the city to participate in the drafting of the “Power Station Valve” standard.

It is reported that the "power station valve" standard is the revision of JB/T 3595-2002 "general requirements for power station valves" and the transformation from trade standards to technical trade standards. The standard adopts the advanced foreign standard ASME B16.34-2009 "Flange, Thread and Weld End Valve", adding the pound class pressure Class series, and achieving two pressure systems coexisting with the nominal pressure PN series, solving the JB The /T 3595-2002 standard can only be applied to the subcritical parameters of the power station valve, so that in recent years the design and development of supercritical and ultra-supercritical parameters of high-end power station valves have statutory product standards.

After the "Power Station Valve" standard passed the examination of the expert review meeting, it will be reported to the National Energy Administration for approval and release to meet the needs of China's supercritical thermal power generating units on the valve manufacturing, and will surely be "made domestic" for the power station valve advocated by the National Energy Administration.
