Weichai won three awards in the 2011 Best Employer Awards

On February 24, 2012, China's 2011 results for the selection of the best employers were announced. Weichai was awarded the “Best Employer of the Year”, “The Most Socially Responsible Employer of the Year” and “Best Employer of the Year”.

China's Best Employers of the Year was selected by the Social Survey Center of Peking University and Zhaolian Recruitment. It is currently the largest and most influential selection event for corporate brand image in China. Through social surveys and internal employee surveys, the event systematically evaluates the talent environment of the company and ensures the authoritativeness and scientificness of the selection.
