Bi Sheng believes that based on the actual development of the titanium dioxide industry, the most effective way to promote the chlorination process in China should be the gradual improvement of technology and scale on the basis of the Jinzhou titanium industry. In the near future, efforts will be made to achieve a leap from 15,000 tons/year to 30,000 tons/year to 60,000 tons/year or even more. In this process, we should continuously improve product quality, improve surface treatment technology, narrow the gap with foreign advanced level, and strive to enter the high-end market, while achieving better economic benefits.
