4. When the DN50 orifice flowmeter measures the liquid flow rate, the installation position of the differential pressure gauge should be lower than the orifice plate position. If it has to be installed above the throttling device, the conduit that should be led out from the throttling device should be bent downwards and then upwards. A U-shaped liquid seal is formed and a gas collector is installed at a high point of the conduit.

5. When measuring the gas flow rate, the differential pressure gauge should be installed above the orifice plate to prevent liquid contaminants from entering the conduit and differential pressure gauge in the gaseous medium. 6. When measuring the water vapor flow rate, the condensate column in the two hatching pressure tubes should be kept equal to avoid direct contact of the high pressure steam with the differential pressure juice. Therefore, two balancers are installed on the pressure guiding pipe near the orifice plate, and the two balances are The device should be on the same level and the balancer and pressure guiding tube should be filled with condensed liquid.
