Centrifugal spray dryer

Centrifugal spray dryer is mainly used for spray drying of powder, granular solid products such as solution, emulsion, suspension, paste and traditional Chinese medicine extract, which has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency and few processes.

Air passes through the filter and heater into the air distributor at the top of the centrifugal spray dryer, and the hot air enters the dryer in a spiral shape. The liquid is pumped from the liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer to spray the liquid into extremely small droplets.

The liquid and hot air are in parallel contact, the water evaporates quickly, and the product is dried in a very short time, and the finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.

Pressure spray dryer

The pressure spray dryer is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow rate and orifice size of the feed pump can be adjusted to obtain the desired spherical particles in a certain proportion.

The pressure spray dryer feeds the feed liquid (filtered feed liquid) into a pressure physicochemical device to atomize into small droplets through a high pressure of 2-20 MPa, and the droplets after the atomization (the surface area is greatly increased) are in full contact with the hot air. The drying process is quickly completed in 10-30 seconds, and the finished product of powder or fine particles is obtained by separation.

The working process of the equipment is that the liquid feeds through the high pressure input of the diaphragm pump, and sprays the mist droplets, and then flows down with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port, and the exhaust gas and its fine powder are passed through the cyclone separator. Separation, the exhaust gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, the powder is collected by the pollination cylinder located at the lower end of the cyclone, and the secondary dust removal device can be equipped at the fan outlet, and the recovery rate is above 96-98%.
